What's actually free forever?
The Free plan never expires. You get one business, Dorian as your (capped) right-hand man, Founder Mode, and the Cloud Nine floor — with the premium doors locked and teased so you can see what's upstairs. No card, no countdown. It's the on-ramp, not a timed demo.
How does the 3-day trial work?
Start a trial and you taste the full experience — the whole crew, the wow. When it ends, convert to a paid plan or quietly drop to Free. We never lock you out or hold your work hostage. Why only 3 days? We're that confident — honestly we'd offer 3 hours.
Monthly vs annual — what's the difference?
Annual bills once a year at the lower monthly rate shown on the toggle (e.g. V-Suite I is $99/mo monthly, $69/mo on annual). Same plan, same crew — you just commit for the year and pocket the savings. Business owners buy in bulk 😉.
What's the difference between V-Suite Tier 1 and Tier 2?
Tier 1 promotes Dorian to COO and turns on the exec team, Scout, the Action Button, the Discord bridge, up to 5 businesses, and 10 imports a month. Tier 2 unlocks the full crew — every officer — plus up to 15 businesses, more Cloud-9 panes, 30 imports a month, and a higher usage ceiling with priority queue.
Can I run more than one business?
Yes — that's the whole idea. Free is 1, Founder is up to 2, V-Suite I is up to 5, V-Suite II is up to 15, and Mogul is unlimited. Each business gets its own crew, all reporting up to Dorian.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time. Upgrade, downgrade, or switch billing whenever — changes take effect on your next cycle and your crew (and your work) come right along with you. Cancel and you fall back to Free, not to zero.
What about add-ons like Scout or the Action Button?
On Founder you can bolt them on à la carte (Scout $15/mo, Action Button $9/mo, Discord bridge $12/mo, extra Cloud-9 panes $19 each). On V-Suite and Mogul they're already included — no extra line items.
